Nunez Attorneys Inc. is a law firm based in Pretoria, Gauteng, and was established in 2023 after our Founding and Managing Director, Elanie Nunez, saw a golden opportunity to spread her wings and start her own firm. 

As a modern and innovative law firm, we seek to always expand and incorporate contemporary strategies, with our roots firmly entrenched in our traditions and uncompromising values. This means that our legal advice to you will be relevant and considerate of the most recent developments in the legal industry, and that our services will be delivered with integrity and the utmost excellence. 

We specialize in corporate and commercial law, conveyancing and notarial practice, as well as estates and trusts, but we also offer ad hoc advice to our valued clients. As a modern law firm, with our technological set-up, we are able to conduct not only in-person consultations, but also virtual consultations world-wide.

Elanie Nunez
Founding and Managing Director

Elanie takes pride in every matter that comes onto her desk. She is passionate about the law and about helping people, and constantly strives to improve her professional skills and qualifications to best serve her clients.

Elanie qualified with a BA(Law) in 2015 and an LLB in 2017 from the University of Pretoria, and was admitted as an attorney in 2019, as a conveyancer in 2021, and as a notary in 2023. During her post-admission years, she gained invaluable experience in commercial law, insurance law, employment law and tax law to name a few.  

As Founding and Managing Director, Elanie now heads all the departments of Nunez Attorneys Inc. and you will find that she is competent and diligent regardless of subject matter.
